Enneagram for Team Transformation

The Enneagram is a powerful tool that can help teams increase self-awareness and drive collective growth and performance.

When team members understand their Enneagram type, along with its associated strengths, challenges, and blind spots, they gain insight into their own behavior and its impact on the overall dynamics and success of the team.

When they understand the types of their colleagues, something powerful happens: teams develop greater awareness, understanding, empathy, connection, and trust, and they are better able to work together to achieve common goals.

In half-day or full-day Enneagram workshops, leaders and teams discover deep insights into their collective strengths and challenges, and identify development and growth strategies that strengthen team effectiveness.

In half-day workshops, teams build foundational Enneagram awareness. Participants discover their types, core motivations, and how they show up — creating a shared language for understanding each other.

In full-day workshops, we go deeper. We start with the foundations, then customize the session around your team's most pressing needs. Your team leaves with awareness AND an action plan for lasting change.

Every workshop is tailored to your team's goals. Common focus areas include:

  • Clear communication: We communicate in a variety of ways, including through verbal and written communication, listening, and through our body language. Each Enneagram type tends to have its own language and meta-message—an underlying message we unconsciously communicate to others. Team members learn more about their predominant communication style, and how their style is being experienced by others.

  • Effective feedback: Giving and receiving feedback is an art form and skill that can be difficult to master. Team members learn feedback strategies and develop understanding for how to adapt their feedback approach.

  • Conflict resolution: Much of the conflict and friction experienced within a team environment can be attributed to a lack of awareness or misunderstanding. Participants develop awareness of their own triggers, and those of others, and develop strategies for consciously working through them more productively. 

From Insight to Action

During our time together, team members take the "what" and "so what" of their Enneagram learning and move into the "now what." This ensures teams develop collective actions and strategies that strengthen how they work together and create meaningful change.

  • We offer a range of highly interactive workshops, from 2 hour introductions, half-day (3–3.5 hours) and full-day programs. Every session is customized to meet your team’s goals and outcomes.

  • Our workshops are designed for any team or organization that wants to deepen awareness, improve communication, and strengthen trust. Whether you’re a small intact team of 10 or a large cross-functional audience of 100+, we’ll tailor the experience to your unique context and objectives.

  • While each workshop is customized, a sample agenda may include:

    • Introduction to the Enneagram: An overview of the nine types and core framework

    • Strengths and Watch-Outs: Exploring the unique strengths of each type, along with common challenges and blind spots

    • Team Dynamics: Understanding how different styles interact, communicate, and influence collaboration

    • Practical Application: Tools and insights for giving and receiving feedback, navigating conflict, and improving communication

    • Growth Strategies: Identifying individual and team development opportunities that strengthen leadership and overall effectiveness

  • Yes. Before the workshop, we recommend participants complete the iEQ9 Professional Enneagram assessment ($120 per participant). Each person receives a 42-page personalized report with insights into their type, strengths, development areas, and growth strategies.

  • An interactive experience combining teaching, group discussion, breakout exercises, and reflection. Participants will learn about their type, explore strengths and challenges, and practice applying new insights to strengthen team communication and collaboration. Prior to the workshop, we’ll partner with you to align on goals and tailor the design, ensuring the session is not only impactful but exceeds your expectations.

  • We can facilitate groups of all sizes - from 5-10 people to audiences of 100+. For larger groups, we may recommend an additional facilitator to ensure a meaningful experience for everyone.

  • Yes. We facilitate workshops in-person and virtually for groups and teams around the world. For in-person sessions outside the San Francisco Bay Area, a travel stipend may be included to cover travel and accommodation.

  • The cost of a workshop varies depending on the duration and number of participants. As a general guide a typical workshop for a half-day sessions includes;

    • Half-day Enneagram workshop (3-3.5 hour session): $5,000. This includes workshop design, all materials (slides and handouts), and an interactive, in-person session focused on building self-awareness, improving communication, and strengthening team collaboration. 

    • iEQ9 Enneagram Assessment:$120 per participant. Each person will complete the professional iEQ9 assessment and receive a comprehensive 42-page report with insights about their type, strengths, development areas, and strategies for growth.

    • Travel stipend (for in-person workshops outside the San Francisco Bay Area): $800–$1,500
      Covers flight and accommodation costs, depending on location.

    • Large groups (30+ participants): An additional facilitator may be recommended to ensure an engaging and impactful experience.
