    This 8-week intensive is designed to help you deepen self-awareness, dismantle protective patterns that no longer serve you (overworking, pleasing, perfectionism, fear of conflict or visibility), and build stronger Self-leadership so you can lead from a grounded, authentic place.

    Using the Enneagram and parts work (Internal Family Systems & Inner Team Dialogue), we'll work together to understand not just what you do, but why — exploring the internal systems that keep you overworking, playing small, or holding back. You'll develop access to stronger Self-leadership so you can lead from clarity and presence instead of fear or habit.
