Trauma-Informed Leadership Coach, Facilitator, Enneagram Practitioner.
Hi, I’m Emma. I'm a trauma-informed professional certified coach, leadership development consultant, facilitator, and Enneagram practitioner. I have over two decades of experience in international HR and people leadership, helping leaders and teams navigate through complexity and change.
I founded Change at Play in 2019 to help leaders unlock their potential and drive meaningful change. My work integrates evidence-based practice with deep inner work, bridging the worlds of neuroscience, somatics, and adult development. I work with leaders and teams who are ready for more than surface-level change, those who want to uncover and shift unhealthy patterns and lead with a more grounded sense of authenticity, clarity, confidence, and purpose.
I’m credentialed by the International Coaching Federation and I am an accredited Enneagram practitioner. I use tools like the Enneagram, Internal Family Systems and somatic practices, to support meaningful and lasting transformation.
I have worked with leaders and teams from a variety of organizations, including 8x8, CFGI, Electronic Arts, GoPro, Google, Myriad Genetics, LinkedIn, Newmark, Opendoor and Tides Network.
Originally from the UK, I now live in the San Francisco Bay Area, serving leaders and teams in the Bay Area and beyond.
