  • Understand your levels of stress and strain and how this is impacting the way you lead

  • Change key behaviors that directly impact business outcomes 

  • Develop tools, mindsets and capabilities that enable you to lead effectively through complexity and uncertainty

The Coaching Process

  • Assessments & Feedback

    Leaders complete the IEQ9 Enneagram assessment and receive 360 feedback (optional). These tools provide a well-rounded view of leadership style, strengths and development areas.

  • Goal-Setting

    Leader and coach work together to identify key focus areas, goals and measures of success. 

  • One-on-One Coaching

    During the coaching engagement, Leader and Coach work through focus areas. Leader develops new tools, mindsets and skill sets to help them navigate key challenges and advance in their career.
