The Nine Types of Leader
The Type Eight Leader is often referred to as The Challenger or Active Controller. They are motivated by a desire to be strong and in control, and to avoid vulnerability and weakness.
The Type Nine Leader is often referred to as the Peacemaker or Mediator. They are motivated by a desire to maintain peace and harmony.
The Type One Leader is often referred to as the Perfectionist or the Reformer. They are driven by a deep desire to be good, do what is right, and lead with integrity.
The Type Two Leader is often referred to as The Helper. Twos are motivated by a deep desire to be loved and appreciated, and often express their value through acts of service, generosity, and support.
The Enneagram Type Three Leader is often referred to as the Competitive Achiever. They are motivated by success, achieving goals, and avoiding failure.
